Highlights of the 2005 Women in Charge

The 2005 Women in Charge held September 22-23, 2005 in Shanghai , was an unquestionable success, drawing over 200 business women leaders from around the Asia Pacific region.

The conference – with a theme of “Shining your beauty in leading the business”, is the first ever business women leaders gathering to share and discuss a combination of topics on female business leadership and personal life management.

Among the highlights of the conference was the presentation – Successful Women & Women's Success, given by Ms. Ye Ying, Global Vice President of Eastman Kodak company. Ms. Ye presents her perfect explanation on what makes a successful women and how to lead the business to success with 7 kinds of human being's emotion as a woman leader.
